With the help of our broad network, we can draw on an extensive range of standard hoses made from various rubber qualities, silicone and technical plastics.
To optimize costs, we first check whether an existing standard hose already meets your technical requirements. Only when special dimensions, specific material resistances, or individual properties are required do we develop customized hose solutions as special orders.
Molded hoses and hose pieces
Depending on the geometry and requirements, special mandrels, auxiliary tools or vulcanization molds are used for the production of individual hose sections and hose bends.
Our extensive network provides us with virtually unlimited possibilities in material selection and manufacturing processes. This allows us to implement technically and economically optimal solutions – from the first prototype to the series production product.
This results in tailor-made hose solutions for demanding industrial applications and individual installation situations.
Custom made

For custom-made rubber hoses with individual dimensions, we develop tailor-made solutions that are precisely adapted to the respective application.
Among other things, we implement hose solutions with wall thicknesses from 0.5 mm, tight dimensional tolerances, special bending radii and matched material qualities for defined media contacts and special operating conditions.
Through the targeted selection of materials and manufacturing processes, precise, durable and reliable rubber hoses are created for demanding industrial applications.
