Rubber sleeves and silicone sleeves

Rubber sleeves or pipe collars serve as a connector for pipes to compensate for vibrations or expansion and are a cost-effective solution for a flexible connection. With our seamlessly bonded cuffs we can

use a wide range of panel materials,

in order to also offer custom-made products economically.

The panels are cut to size with a diagonal cut at the connection points, sanded and glued. There are special adhesives for each material to achieve a seamless and permanently stable connection.

The hand-assembled rubber sleeves are wound on stainless steel tubes made from calendered compound sheets, firmly fixed on the tubes and then vulcanized in an autoclave. This creates a long piece of hose from which the cuffs can be cut to the appropriate length. This energy-intensive and complex production is only coming

for small or large series.

We recommend these products if there are special demands on the material, such as particularly high operating temperatures or chemical influences as well as high mechanical loads, where, for example, fabric inserts are required as a pressure carrier.

Inflatable sleeves are used for dynamic sealing against powder, dust or liquid media. By inflating with compressed air, the inflatable sleeves are fixed to a fixed point in pipes and seal the surrounding gaps when filling big bags and barrels and when renovating sewers.

The inflatable sleeves are handcrafted exactly to your requirements. Depending on the diameter and the gap to be sealed as well as the desired expansion, nylon threads and fabric inserts can be incorporated into the products. Highly abrasion-resistant materials, all-round vulcanized connections and vulcanized air connections ensure that the inflatable sleeves and inflatable hoses last as long as possible.
