3D printing & vacuum casting
The prototype phase is the most important phase in the product development of molded parts. We want to save you unnecessary additional costs for the post-processing of high-quality series tools and are already planning a product in the prototype phase that can also be economically transferred to series production. In this phase we are at your side as an advisory partner and implement your product idea with fast delivery times and low
development costs.
CM molded rubber parts
Compression molding
With compression molding, the unvulcanized mixture is placed in the vulcanization mold either manually or automatically. The mold is closed under the press. The raw mixture vulcanizes under pressure and temperature (approx. 150°C) and is shaped in this way. Any excess material or burrs must subsequently be removed by machine or by hand. This manufacturing technique is particularly suitable for simple contours with few undercuts.

Injection molding is characterized by the fact that the raw mixture is preheated in an extruder screw, precisely matched to the volume to the milligram,
is homegenized and then injected into the tempered mold.
In this way, the cycle times and thus the unit costs can be minimized. Almost any product geometry can be manufactured with this technology. However
the mold costs are significantly higher compared to compression molding.
